Hmmmm! 2 inches, 'jealous'.. We got about an inch here in sunny Bedford, and as usual the roads were chaotic. Well actually the roads weren't, but the drivers are. Somehow God ordained that 'ALL' of the world's worst drivers should live in Bedford...  :-/

I second that Pete. Just one question that has always bothered me about 4x4's. Very aware of their ability to keep going in the rough, but when you are smugly whizzing by everyone, do they actually stop any better than an ordinary motor ? Was just wondering...  :-/

Hmmmm ! You 'are' behind the times Albs. Dressed in white Nah, just like everything else these days, gotta turn everything on its head. A polite and appreciative clap also used to be enough in a game of cricket, but like all other sports now, everyone has to run around with their hand in the air slapping everyone elses.. The sooner we become the 51st. State the better....  :-/

Most of the leaflets we get seem to be for yet another Indian pizza takeaway. Even got one from the local Indian chippy the other day inviting us to try their 'curried cod' ?  'blech' I don't think so. Eversince the wife gave away dozens of bags of clothes, I think the word has gone round, every week without fail we get at least one request for unwanted clothing ? You must get some real thick leaflets Pete, keeping your letterbox wide open....
