Only if it has the wrong engine bolted to it... :P

Are the rumours true? The manual Omega shares it's gearbox with a Leyland bus. :)
Nah, not possible... even girls can drive a manual Omega ;D

The original owner of my Omega was a girlie.

After market parking sensors were fitted a couple of months later, probably after one or two little accidents which the ladies (bless their cotton socks) are so fond of.

What's wrong with the manual? The gearbox is about the only thing on mine that works! And I find it quite a smooth, nice gearbox ..........

I've only ever driven one manual Omega ..... a 2.5 diseasal, & that wasn't very far ..... as EMD says, the throw of the lever could be measured in yards

No one seems to have mentioned when coming up to a junction, end of motorway etc instead of just 'coasting' or braking press the sport button - in my experience coming down to about 30mph it'll hold the gear and use no fuel until then

Manual for me all the time, especially with the fuel figures on the 3.2's,  :( must admit the Stick Throw is a bit off the beaten track, but easily fixed, by using a Short Shift and bending the stick towards the driver more, makes a big difference in drivability.  :y

Try a straight, coming up to a roundabout, whilst looking an the MPG Computer, manually selecting a lower gears whilst slowing down will improve fuel consumption.
