If you are going to speed . . . .

. . . . don't incriminate yourself

So this guy tries to see how fast he can drive around New York, and then puts it on the internet. The result, he gets nicked !

Please note that the video itself is speeded up to avoid an enormously long clip, but the actual driving time is said to be correct.

Presumably they don't have speed cameras in Manhattan... mental note to self just in case
