#Brexit 1.0
« on: 04 April 2017, 19:29:16 »

#Brexit 1.0 started 450,000 years a go, but negotiations with the EU predecessor, called mother nature, mean't it wasn't completed until 7500 years a go, with the formation of the English Channel. :o :o :o

As there was no vote on this one I'm sure Remoaners, even this late in the day, will be demanding one. ;D ;D ;D

The Freddie Flintstone International Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) blew a fuse on this period of runaway global warming, where catastrophic ice melting caused the Arctic ice cap to shrink from the south of London, all the way past the north of the UK and Iceland. Where Freddie Flintstone and his ilk refused to give up their open fires and personal transport, they confidently predicted polar bears would be extinct by 7000 years a go. ;D ;D ;D

So we're really on #Brexit 3.0, as #Brexit 2.0 was Henry VIII's split from Rome.  :)

Seeing as #Brexit 1.0 and #Brexit 2.0 turned out alright, what could possibly go wrong with #Brexit 3.0?  ::)  :y

Previous hassles, were sorted with our 10 successful military adventures into Europe, over the last 600 years and should give Spain an idea on what happens, when Europe attacks UK interests. ::) ::) ::) However, if they need more help in understanding, I'm sure Argentina can give them a first class reference, on what happens next, when a Spanish speaking country, attacks a UK dependency. ::) ::) ::)

Plenty of Spaniards at work - their opinion on Gibraltar is, basically, "It'll be ours once you leave the EU; if not, they'll all starve [because nothing will get to or from the island]"

There was a debate in the EU parliament last week on the whole issue of Brexit, with a bill presented by the commission to be voted on.
The bill was passed - they always are, but some interesting facts emerged from this process.
There were (iirc) 14 amendments put forward to try to protect British interests to some extent. The amendments covered many things, including  removing the proposed Spanish veto if they don't get power over Gibraltar, protection of both EU and British citizens rights during negotiations, stopping the EU from banning the  UK from speaking to other countries about free trade agreements before we have left the EU etc. etc.
The contingent of British Labour MEP,s voted against every single amendment which was tabled, and voted with most of the rest of the EU to attempt to damage the prospects of their own country.  >:( >:(
The odious Mandelson was in Germany at the weekend telling them not to concern themselves with thinking about treating Britain fairly, but to look after their own interests.
In an ideal world I would love to see each and every one of them charged with treason, but I hope that people will never again believe *Labour politicians when they say they love their country and that they respect the will of the people, or any of the other soundbites they spout in front of TV cameras.

* Apart from the wonderful Kate Hoey MP and the impressive Gisela Stuart MP.

And are probably sucking up to their current paymasters in order to try and ingratiate themselves enough to be handed some other role on the gravy train after we leave.

Quite fitting as Labour is now a racist party.  :y
As Dan Hodges ( former Labour member) explains.
