Turkey

NATO members have quite rightly made it clear to Turkey that if it starts a shooting war with Russia, they are on their own. But what happens if Russia launches attacks over the Turkish border? It will be a NATO "we have a problem" issue. If they back Turkey we are on the slippery slope towards WWIII and if we don't then NATO is fatally weakened along with Article 5 credibility. The latter plays right into Putin's hands where he wants to wreak NATO credibility and also drive a wedge between the US and Europe.

Yeah...what if?
What if Martians land and make us all their sex slaves?

I wish you'd keep your 'what ifs' for sites that like-minded people can share their fantasies.

I think rods, love hatred of Mr Putin, is becoming boring, all the links are for anti-Russian propaganda,
The problem is Russia will not be bullied or told what to do in it's own back garden, and Every thing American doesn't like it,
There is enough problems in the middle east caused by the west unseating the governments, we know Gaddafi,Hussain were not nice but the kept a lid on all the religious fighting, but now they are gone look what's happening, Putin can see it so is backing Assad, if the crowned king of Saudi gets toppled, then start to seriously worry, as they hold the power in the middle east.

Russia has naval bases in Crimea and Syria, Putin was never going to let them go.
