My mate has a 20 reg Ranger that he tows his caravan with, his wife is one of those who takes everything away " just in case" the amount of excess items he carries around in it is totally ridiculous, he has only got the 2.2 which appears underpowered to me, they followed us down to Devon last year the RR was on cruise at 55mph and every time we came to a hill he lagged way behind.

I've never understood why Ford didn't sell the Everest, which is the car version of the Ranger in the UK.    I'd have thought it would have sold well if pitched correctly against the Discovery etc.

They're very popular in South East Asia and I've seen loads going around in Thailand and Vietnam.

Much bigger though. About the same size as a Ranger, which it is pretty much.
