A chap I worked with had the cat cut off his Toyota Prius in the works car park in broad daylight. He had it replaced but less than three weeks later they returned and cut the new one off. He was so pissed off he got rid of the car. They put a big trolley jack under the floor pan to lift it, causing damage, and let the jack handle fly up and smack a dent in his door when lowering it.
The strange thing was, on our works security cameras, it showed the thieves drive straight up to his car and jack it up as bold as brass. The car park is huge so we assume they'd had an initial look before returning.

Its about 60 seconds, start to finish, to get them off the Toyota hybrids:

I got an email warning off my insurance company yesterday telling me that the cat on my car is "Desirable" , to be honest it's the only desirable part of a Honda Jazz
