Had the car near on 8 years and no stereo for 2 as lost the code can anyone help?

Guessing its a CCR2006. You could try Dave DND, who runs a radio decoding service. Or get a carpass from your dealer.

Do you know how much a car pass is to get? What do you need just log book?
thank you

Log book, two forms of ID, proof of address and £25ish :y

Thanks I just rang pentagon Derby, they said £35 V5 plus passport id then they send off for it.
I think that's a bit too steep personally

Carpass will not help you if the stereo has been swapped at any time ;)
I can decode and reset if you send that unit to me

Oh ok understand, seems like its better to go to local dealer then even at £35 It's cheaper as by the time I send it via courier that brings the cost well over £40 and I suppose I also get the car pass for the car keys as well if needed in future.
thanks anyway

I'd check with another dealer first though. I paid about £25 for mine a couple of years back ...... then found the original :( :(

I'm not sure what other dealers are within an economical driving distance so will check, I expect my key pass might turn up juat after it comes back too!
