The Smart looks as though it has all the crash protection of a wet Kentucky fried chicken box.

The Smart's doors opened, and all 4 wheels turned. The back bumper of the E was under the rear screen. Smart driver was badly injured due to the deceleration, not the damage to the car.
Since last Thursday my back has ben giving me serious aches & pains. Today it felt a bit better so I did a couple of minor jobs. The last one was changing the aux. belt on the 190. Within 5 minutes my hand slipped while pushing hard on the tensioner lever and shot down into the engine bay where something tore a fingernail off. Its stings like a bastid, but as our glorious leader whimpers from his bed - a bit of pain never hurt anyone.

Encountered a funny noise on the Trolley... Soon pinpointed to the aux belt, and in particular, the tensioner pulley.New one ordered from Mercedes along with an extra long, flat 15mm spanner to remove it without dropping the engine*... nice little job for the weekend
