As for any bus pass, if they would give it to someone so young    I cannot be bothered to go through the admin hassle of getting one

Five minutes online, Lizzie. There's a short form to fill in, upload a picture (just do it yourself on your iPad) and it's through the letterbox in a week. I got mine a year ago and have only used it once. But, when you consider that you can travel the length and breadth of the country with it, it might be handy in the future.

Maybe Steve, but the real truth that I will share with you (and everyone else ) is that I fear not driving anymore and if I get that pass, go through whatever the process is (I hate taking pictures of myself!) I am going down that road
