Fixed the indicator stalk and phantom horn on the Boxster. for the cost of 4 O rings and a glue stick in a glue gun.
Both very common problems that cost hundreds to fix if buying new parts.
Indicator stalk is a very fiddly job, involving keeping several little springs and other little parts, in place while trying to get everything back where it goes, but satisfying to complete it for three fifths of far call.  :)

Yes, why isn't it straightforward to load pictures on here to the uneducated? The other car forums I visit, it's so easy, and even I can do it....

You need to upload pics to a "host" site ,then copy the url into a post  ;)
I imagine if photos where uploaded to the OOF (and stored on the OOF server)
it would take up loads of space and bandwidth ,slow down the OOF
as Jamie very kindly doesn't charge anyone to view the wealth of Omega information on OOF
it's a small price NOT to pay  :P
though I would gladly pay a subscription , as would many , but that's a "can of worms" apparently

Had a brief play with Mrs TB's little pussy this morning  ::).

Measured all the glow plugs from the glow plug module, to find one is open circuit.  Need to look at a wiring diagram to see which one it is (at £42 a pop, retail, it's only gonna get 1).  Hopefully this is the cause of a slight miss at idle first thing in the morning since the weather has cooled...

Haven’t you got a temperature measuring tool?
