Just renewed insurance on my 2.6 elite , £155 that seemed pretty good yes?

Cheaper than both mine, although mine are bigger engine and declared mods.

Don't even go there with renewals >:(

Had mine through the other day and it's gone up to £507 from £380. Called them and they said Moët they can do as they don't price match and car crime and crashes have gone up in my area(first id heard of that :(). It's only a 2001 2.2 cd :-\

Went on line and most of the insurance companies want around the £450 mark :o

I have 10 years NBC which in my eyes counts for nothing.

Just went to one of the comparison web sites. If I change the date of when I purchased the car it goes down by about £100 :o

I swear they make these prices up ;D

What would happen and could they find out when I brought the car if I couldn't remember when I brought it?

Hype ethically of course ;)

Either you elderly and or live in a designated low crime rate area then at that price  :-\ Lowest i can get is £280 , thats with over 10 years ncb  :(

We got £179.74 from Hastings for swmbo on a 2.6 Omega, with business use and me on to drive, still looking but happy enough with that......... :y :y
