Not really... Don't think you've actually run out completely for a while now ::)

Now Tunnie's moved away it could be quite a wait for a suitable 4 pot to tow him home. :D

Mrs TB is a good, albeit reluctant, tower :). Tunnie is therefore redundant ;D

(Not car related, but as it runs on petrol...)

Picked up all the parts of the lawnmower that it tried to digest.  Todays task is to see if I have all the required parts, and if it can be salvaged.

Bits welded back together, and lawns now cut.

Drove it 3/4mile to Wickes and bought 3 sheets of weatherboard. Brought them home, and cut them up with the cordless circular saw I acquired 18months ago in a job lot of other tools. I had low expectations, but it seems to be up to my occasional and limited woodwork requirements.

Brushed the cobwebs off the old girl literally, and took for a spin in the Worcestershire countryside. Doesn't everyone have spiders living in the wing mirrors?  :y

I had a pet spider that lived in my wing mirror for ages. Was there every morning and went inside when I set off. I forgot about him and (probably) murdered him in the car wash.
I'm over it now.

Would the charge be reduced to involuntary arachnicide on appeal?

Drove mine to Birmingham airport today....85 miles from pickup point in Swindon.....fuel comp saying 250miles range.
I went A419/M5/M42....and after getting delayed in 15miles of road works on the M5 decided to come back the Fosse Way.
Made a nice change not driving motorways....Fuel comp said range 200miles when I got to Lechlade.
Picked up another job going to Swindon town centre and then went home  :y

Oh yeah.....Birmingham airport charge you a quid to drop off......but unlike Bristol airport (who also charges) makes you get out and go and pay for the ticket!  >:( Bristol you just chuck a quid at the exit barrier.....much better solution!

Sons Punto -engine service. Got half way through it and discovered carprats4less had sent the wrong plugs. 20 mile round trip to eurocraprats to get suitable plugs, then finish the job.
Then started into replacing the handbrake cables. Finished the n/s and had enough. Will do the o/s tomorrow if the weather is ok.
Meanwhile, son is indoors watching footie and drinking a nice bottle of red wine.  ::)
Kids, who,d have them ?  ;D
