Few things to consider.

1. If you were falling backwards and blacked out (prior to hitting the deck), the likelyhood of you hitting your head is nearly 100%. Unless you were suspended on something and that held your head from contact with the ground. Or there was someone around to support your head?

2. How long were you out for? did anyone see this happen?

3. Fractured coccyx would usually mean you cant sit on it. Sounds like something else might be broken, certainly worth x-raying to rule out a fracture.

Hope it turns out to be just soft tissue injury with no lasting damage.

James It sounds like you have being over doing it again.
Get you back xrayed it happened to me over 20 years ago. A chair slipped(pulled) away from me when I was sitting down and I actualy snapped my coccyx. Even now i cannot sit on a hard surface for long before it starts to hurt again.

tramadol ARE not the best pain killer as they mess with your head, they are addictive, and they are know too cause drowsiness..trust me i know...not addicted but do use them..should not be taken unless prescibed as they are a controlled drug... :y
