i must have had this saturday, used up 2 toilet rolls and felt extremely sick until this morning.

I had that earlier this year.  At least, I suppose it was that, but since they recommend you stay at home and don't go to the doctor, I can't be sure.

When I told the HR department at work, they said I should get a doctor's certificate.  Ho hum!
