...The Mayfair Hotel Megabuild?
I have sat totally in awe for the first part, which I missed and have just played. It is one of the greatest engineering feats I've ever seen. Please have a look if you're into this kind of thing.
Going five stories down, beneath the hotel, and adding four stories to the top, while a luxury hotel carries on as if nothing is happening.

Many years ago I did business with a big US company. One of their guys used to like staying there. VERY expensive

The bar always had high class hookers sitting around  ::)
