Got the Sykes Picavant kit myself which comes highly recommended on here so dunno what those two are like. IIRC JamesV6CDX had trouble with a kit which I think the first may be, but others have used them without problem.Instructions aren't necessary if you get hold of the cambelt DVD it tells you all you need to know, don't think I've ever read mine just watch and do.

Neither of those look like the Laser kit which has caused issues, although mine works OK :-/

Usage is self explanatory if you've got the cam belt DVD or instructions describing the procedure. Ignore the Haynes manual. It's a generic description of how to change a cam belt which omits some vital steps for the GM V6.
