Only ever hit 3 things in my driving career....

1. 2.8i Ca[ch961]ri (brand spanking new on an X plate)
2. Pug 205 GTi (owned by a yuppie, so doesn't count really)
3. PC Roberts from Mitcham police station.

A  great big Stag.wrote the car off but had a bloody good dinner.As if you hit a deer your not allowed to take it ,my mate and my son put in his pick up.Also acts as proof for insurance :) :)

A Renault 5. I was in a Volvo and it had to be jigged and pulled straight afterwards. You can imagine what state the Renault was in. ;D Saved it from rusting away, I suppose. ;)

 About 6 years ago,on the way back from a Dordogne holiday, I hit the Eurotunnel train...well actually one of the internal doors.It decided to close again as I was moving through it,due to an electrical fault...very nice people accepted total blame and  I had both my front doors repainted at their expense...plus a free return trip ........No damage to the train.

my funniest one was chasing a grey squirel down an empty lane in my old eunos. i was all over the road trying to line up my wheel with the squirel. then just as i got near to it it darted to the right, so a quick flick of the steering wheel and 2 very satisfying thuds followed.i was giggling to myself all the way to work.

Was following my daughter-in-law, she signalled to turn right, I stopped behind her (I was going streight on) but the Volvo articulated lorry following did'nt, both cars write off's. Shortened my cav by 5 feet and boy did'nt it hurt. >:( >:(

I took out about 50 feet of fencing years ago in one of the works vehicles when the nearside tie rod failed at 60+mph... :(

I hit a 20ft by 8ft metal skip before......slid on ice into in the 18t truck I drive, only hit it at fast walking speed but hit it hard enough to move it......

Well I didn't actually hit it as I was the front seat passenger, but travelling to work one dark, damp morning in the works van, a deer tried to leap over the top of us and only got as far as the windscreen! We were doing about 40mph & the screen,roof & pillars were totalled, but the bloody deer which had been thrown forward about 20feet just stood up, shook itself & galloped off like the clappers!  :D :D :D

An almost new Mk 3 Astra. Cost me 3 months in chokey and a 3 year ban. Didn't have a drop of alcohol in me but may have been speeding a bit. Looking back, I thoroughly deserved it, just wish the punishment was the same for everyone.

A huge deer, cost over 3 grand to repair that Passat.

And a goose in the outside lane of the Peterborough ring road. That done £1200 worth of damage to my Mazda 6!

Plus many many hedges/banks etc when I was 17/18 in my Mini and Astra
