Well,bloody thing still randomly going off,and it is the sounder thats at fault because i got the beep when i turned on the ignition tonight,with work i have not been able to do anythng with it,but..........

Tonight i figured how to stop the power sounder going off when you disconnect it!....

Unplug it with the engine still running!!

My theory was to unplug it whilst i drove down a middle of nowhere country road,and by the time i reached civilisation it would have shut up.......so,pulled over poped the bonnet,squeezed my hand in and pulled the plug,as soon as i did i realised the engine was still running, thought i had buggered it,but alas,everything was ok and the sounder never uttered a word....

Dont know if it was the best way to do things but it seems to be ok.....
Hopefully tomorrow i'll get time to get in and remove the sounder all together and launch it into the local river!!

I have noticed there have been a few threads on this problem just recently me included :-? I wonder if the change in the weather may be effecting them some how :-/
