'03 3.2 Elite - Good breaker, or cheap fix'er
« on: 19 February 2013, 23:12:26 »

Having a peruse through Copart for various things, I came across this; I'm sure for £200 - £350 it'd be yours to fix, or strip for parts. Thought it was worth mentioning so it hopefully can live on a bit longer...

Given its mileage, that price shown is more than a mint one is worth?  :-\

I would have agreed a few months ago Tunnie. But it does seem that late 3.2 Elite's have firmed up in price. CAP figures show they're doing ok. I saw a 2003 3.2 Elite saloon with 77k miles sell through an auction for £1,100 all of a few days ago. I think this damaged one at £550 all in, repaired would be ok.

Probably oil cooler.Definitely not head gasket. Not a bargain though imo,at somewhere well above £550 considering it needs time & money spending on it. ;)
