As per the other thread I had central locking issues on my front passenger door - I think the origiinal issue was a mate putting the locking knob down before he shut the door. Advice was to yank the knob up with a pair of pliers which worked fine.
The same door now has to be unlocked/locked manualy. (No big problem)
Been out today, passenger door was a tad awkward to open (Not used a while - plus its been very hot) so once in the car and running, went to lower all 4 windows to let the heat out and the front passenger door failed to lower. Could hear a slight noise from the motor - even after the button had been released the motor seemed to keep trying a couple of times.
Questions are?
Is the window problem a common thing?
Is the window stuck in the rubber seal from the hot sun
Could it be an Earth issues causing both problems?
If it is an Earth issue on that door then where do I look to reseat the Earth?
Sorry about the typing but the Masked singer was on in the background and Nichole Sherzinger boobs were trying to force thier way out of her dress and I was contantly getting distracted.
