Well I've had Omega's for years so guess I should be ashamed of not finding this forum long ago. Still, better late than never!

Have a 2000 (facelift) 2.5 CDX auto saloon in Nocturno Blue. Damn passenger seat started burning on Sat after my son put heated seat on. Have searched on recalls or any similar scenarios but none found. Before contacting Vauxhall (yeah, right, optimistic or what!), thought I would see if anyone else has experienced this and what fixes/precautions can be taken. Need new seats too!

Hope to find some time to browse this excellent place soon.

I had a problem 2 weeks ago with my Heated Driver Seat Turned it on and the broken element burnt through my seat into my Arse Ouch it really Hurt Also Made Me Jump right Out of the seat while Driving.

I have decided For the Time Being Not to bother with the Heated Seats and Replace them at the end of this summer if i can bebothered.
