It was hard to climb back in the Victorian /Edwardian era wearing tweeds and armed with only a pipe filled with rough shag.

I don't know why people bother
it's always COLD and there's no pub or cafe at the top not even an overpriced gift shop |

Meanwhile back in the car world----------
Managed to weld the section of Omega door with window motor into the Austin door , powered it up and its in line with glass tracks. Only thing is it goes to low, spot of weld on the gear should work as a stop. |

Forgot to mention it occured at 102K miles and 16 years old. I did once run the car to empty to test the range (which was spot on - when it said 0 the car went 1 further mile then stopped). That was 5 years earlier mind. No LPG on my mig.
Part number is 90494959 12v 30A * Gm 90 494 959 also used on Astras, Zafiras, Saabs etc.. Pre-owned available for £5 from eBay. I had bought a fuel pressure tester kit before solving the problem which was only £9 new and correctly showed 0 bar on the schrader valve. |

The bit that went up my crack went crispy and snappedI misread that and now I can see Tigger Lap dancing. Nooooooooo............When do you restart the limbo dancing Tig? Sounds a daunting procedure you've had there, hope you're rocking again soon. |
