Found a 3.0 elite down the knackers yard still in tact really,would anyone be interested in any bits of it,as i am planning on stripping some stuff off it to make a few quid ,i know there is a towbar on it with twin electrics,boot lip spoiler,and dtm leeterbox type backbox etc.

Car is pre face on a t reg i think in silver IIRC.

in that case, what headlights are on it? i been trying to get hold of markey mark but to no joy as yet and really would like to be able to see at night without running the risk of getting pulled over 'cause of my fog lights being on

Not 100% the lights are still on it mate or even intact,but can certainly have a look later and let you know,and how much you offering.Dont want to rip anyone off,just as long as i make a couple of quid out of it for removing and posting.

No probs mate,will find out later,and what exactly was wrong with your lights mate.

they've gone that weird yellow colour and as a result, its heard to see anything at night and even more so when the roads are wet so i been looking into getting some projectors or maybe even HID's

Yes matty,its a dtm swept one,and its rounded letterbox shaped,not sure of overall condition though underneath.

You can fix that for under a fiver!

if its using T-Cut (the one that melts thin layers) then i hav tried that but it has gone bad again... plus i like the look of the projector ones as they have that little bubble looking light in them 

Any news on the condition of the ones at the breakers mark?

oooo heres one for ya... i hav a pre face saloon (CD) so not sure if this bit is the same (though i dont see why not) but on the centre console/arm rest, i need a new trim that goes round the rear vents and rear cig lighter... as i have to hav my seat right back due to my height, my arm kept knocking on the trim and now its broken so when i drive along at night i sudenly see a light on the roof thats coming from behind the trim as the trim now just hangs there from the wires to the light and cig lighter... hope all that made sence, if it has 1 i will have that as well please

Do you mean walnut trim or titanium,dont know any migs that had carbon,but will have a look to see whats left.

pre face lift aftermarket options were carbon and aluminium
I think face lift was just Aluminium - I dont recall the facelift MV6 having a Carbon Trim (anyone?) :-?

Mark wont be able to get a carbon climate off an Elite unless a previous owner had changed it.

the mv6 have the carbon and i wasnt sure if any of theelites did,i bought all of the carbon trim but they didnt have the heater surround and ashtray.

MV6's have carbon effect dash, Eites have wood effect.
   Still looking for rear blind & Elite rear shelf in black for how long now???
