Search the maintenance guides for answers to 99.999% of Omega questions
Im sure that market was filled with the monaro - which looks very like an OmegaYeah it was the northstar engine - but with longitudinal arrangement - did fill the engine compartment they had it on show there,Sure it was a Northstar? Ls1 surely ? Northstar is front wheel drive transverse, and is enoooormous. When i was working at Russelsheim once they had an Omega there with a cadalac northstar V8 in it - they were thinking of producing it.
Well documented, canned we believe due cooling issues at Autobahn speeds. Real issues with exhaust manifold exits on the (UK) passenger side.
It could have been solved, sure there would have been a solution. But maybe maybe just too expensive

Hydraulic lifter part numbers are different too between early and late 3.2s, apparently not interchangeable between lumps?

So will the design be altered to allow for the LPG kit, or will it still be a retro fit/conversion done in the Vx factory?
