Vectra ECU settings, do I need a Tech 2 update?
« on: 12 June 2013, 20:54:29 »

Hi Everyone,

I recently changed my throttle body and MAF on my vectra which cured the rough idling issue I was experiencing. Since then tho I've noticed the idle rpm is around 600 instead of the 800 / 820 it should be  :o

I think its contributing to the engine judder I get when pulling off from stationary but seems to clear if I put loads of acceleration on etc.

Would a Tech 2 software check and update reveal the idle settings and could they be reset and increased to what they should be?

Thanks in advance  ;)
