I think if someone was to shoot trump that could well start WWIII ( especially if there was any connection to Putin's Russia) ::)!

Lifelong mobster Donald Trump is going down where the two indictments so far are just the prelude, we aren't at the starter stage, let alone the multiple main courses yet. He may or may not see through his 4 years as president where the Democrats may well not risk impeaching him where the trial will be in the Republican controlled senate. What may happen, although I'm convinced he would throw himself under a bus to save his family, is to cut a deal with Mueller and to resign to save them especially where much of what the Trump crime family has done may fall well under being capital crimes.
This is essentially what General Michael Flynn has done by cutting a deal with Mueller to save his son, but the sentencing of Flynn Snr so far have been for minor crimes compared to what he may face by liaising and working with Russian intelligence depending on what he has shared with them, which the intelligence community are hinting is significant.
