Those nice people at British Gas have given me a fantastic deal, I can see what they meant when they claimed it was competitive  ::)

Unit rate
3.987p per kWh (Gas)
20.317p per kWh (Tizzy)
Standing charge‡
26.123p per day (Gas)
23.770p per day (Tizzy)


Obviously I can't even begin to move until the account is set up, which is still another couple of weeks.  Not that there are any deals, and I believe every company is now charging new customers the absolute maximum allowed under the OFGEN caps.
