have you tryed to disconnect the battery the correct way and waiting say 1 hour and reconnecting it?
just a stab in the dark but it might work

If I were you I would take one of each nackered bulb out, then go to your local shop and tell them you want some of these bulbs. ie so and so many from these.

Fuse 32 is also for control indicators, I dont see a fuse just for the indicators unless its one of the fuses for the Hazard warning Flashers as there are two fuses no 2 and 12.
it doesnt make any sence having 2 fuses for them?

If the battery wont charge then check the relays for it first, it does dound as if it is wired up wrong though,
is it an omega (mig) or another car?

it could be loose and just needs pushing home or cleaning.

one of the members here had the same problem, turn out to be a loose relay

If you have the code 19 it is your crankshaft sensor,
you will need to replace it, theres a how to in the maintenance guide :y

you could try and use a bit of spray there and see if that helps, its not a permenant repair but it might help a bit.

Thats not the switch bulb I belive its the centre iluminations bulb, I think theres a how to in the maintenance guides

Check the cabels on the alt. that they are clean and not broken.
