Cant see them putting him in prison. It could be the civil war part 2 if they do.
He is looking odds on to be back in the Whitehouse by the look of it. If so, he will no doubt get revenge on his enemies.
They are playing high stakes poker with him, and I wouldnt bet against him to win.

I also read that they couldn't possibly put him behind bars. The costs of protecting him would be enormous.

Regardless of the facts (if they could ever be truly found out), I doubt he will see the inside of a prison cell. Justice in America has always been for sale to the highest bidder  ;D
