Saturday:
Got the A/C working better on TBE by taking it to Serek :y

Then went to see chrisgixer and we jacked up the Jag to work out what bushes are shagged, and just have a general nosey under it.  No inspection cover for the sump plug, so the whole engine/gearbox undertray has to come off, guess the official way is suck it out.  Progress. NOT.

Still failed to remove airbox cover in order to check air filter state. CBA to have another attempt to remove doorcard to check CDL motor/mech.

Today:
Swap the wheels front to back on the Zafira, so I can try to wear out the ones with lots of tread, as they are utter shite, as I found out a couple of weeks back.

Finally took a look to see if TBE's exhaust is blowing. Yup. Its blowing. Might have to try a bandage until replacement arrives (not even ordered yet).

Pumped up TBEs tyres, and measured tread depth. Rears are down to 3mm, so won't be long.

First time I've driven an Omega any distance in 2 months. I'd forgotten how good they actually are, and how it just felt home from home :y

Drove the Elite to work last week, drove the project MV6 for the first time today after it's week off.

I need to get rid of one (or both) of them but I cannot decide which :-\

That's the thing that draws me back to them, despite my other intentions. When I got my latest one it felt a bit strange as I drove across London. By the time I got on the M25 and had adjusted the seat etc. to my liking, it was like I had put on a comfy old pair of slippers, and Ive been pretty happy with it ever since. I knew I had made a good choice when I booted it down the sliproad off the M25 onto the M11. I suddenly realised I had a big grin on my face. :)
Having said that I still keep looking at CL500,s and e38 740i,s.  ::) ;D

Put an exhaust bandage on TBE, whilst waiting for new bits.

Tried, and eventually succeeded, to get 4 nuts from Jag dealer. No I don't want coffee or cake, or look around vehicles. I want 4 fikkin' nuts! Jeez.
