although it was a complete pain in the preverbial, and quite a sad day, breaking a 3.2i, then breaking it up for spares,  i have managed to cut my losses just about, with the help of several forum members buying diffs, boxes, and cats etc, and the good friends at the nackers yard paying me top dollar for the shell. Still, life has its ups and downs,  lucky i am "trade" (only cos like the cars so much!), and it wasnt someones "pride and joy" so to speak.
So, moving on, thanks to those who bought parts,   if i can shift the irmscher alloys i will be a happy man!
15" with good tyres £200?

Sorry to hear that  :( .

Is it the ring groove that broke ? Possibly due to a broken ring , never seen something like that  :o .

car was cheap, and to replace a 3.2 engine and then get the car motd. serviced, taxed, cam belt etc. would cost over £1000. and make it not worth doing.
