TID – Trip Information Display, very basic one that is common in Veccies and some GLS models. This is a trip comp only and does not show other info.

MID - Multi Information Display, the most common one, displaying text through a series of dots.

GID - Graphic Information Display, can display both Text and Graphics, a bit like a modern mobile phone's display in that sense. When used with original SatNav, shows direction arrows etc.

CID - Colour Information Display, apart from having colour it is basically a small computer screed that can show actual map

TID and GID are also half height. MID and CID are full size

I have the Siemens 2013 with color display.

Am i able to display this info? I don't have buttons on my stalks, apart from cruise, the stereo/nav/computer is all controlled from the steering wheel buttons.  ::)

LOL. I think it'll be safe anyway, Mark is out the country.

I never ever forget to set the alarm. Either of them, that's the standard factory fit or the Clifford G5.  ;)

I can take some pics and do that no problem, i would however require Admin privileges for adding the images to my gallery post.  ;)

Did you manage to get to talk to the other Admins about that issue?
