Converting to variable wipe
« on: 10 February 2010, 12:15:39 »

Right, referring to this thread http://www.omegaowners.com/forum/YaBB.pl?num=1225410105/15.
Existing stalk with the 3-pin plug has a red, white & brown wire for the MID. Replacement stalk has the 5-pin plug with coloured wires as in pic in other thread. Question is, what wires in this quote correspond with the red, white & brown ones.
Connect the Brown with red stripe , Brown, Brown with white stripe to your exisiting MID connector.

All sorted now. When you think about it logically :D Red = brown/red trace, Brown = brown, White = brown/white trace.
