Clip removal question...

Need to remove the clip which secures the autobox cooler pipes to the chassis rail by the steering box...

How is it attached to the chassis rail? Seems to be attached centrally, but cannot get it to shift in any direction.

Don't really want to chisel it off, as I would quite like to reuse it, but I do need it shifted :-\

Can't think what it looks like but I use Beal UK for lots of work stuff and they do loads of fittings if you do break it ;)

 :y It appears to be the same as the ones which hold the power steering cooler pipes in front of the fans...
