Title: xenon lights

Do all of the v6 models have xenon lights from facelift onwards? thanks for help

Not all
some have H7 dip beam depending on model

Pretty sure on the pre Facelift only the mini facelift around 1998 onwards CDX, MV6, ELITE had HIDs.

Facelift CDX, MV6, ELITE had HIDs

Does the CD on a Y plate have XENONS im looking at an estate ?

Only if retrofitted... CDX/Elite/Plod only :y

Thanks DG sorry next question the car im looking at doesnt have load cover on estate or the two small sections that fit either side by the rear side windows, are the covers different to the previous non facelift?

They are different.

If you can't see the cut outs, then it's only the load cover that is missing :y

If you have a pre facelift cover with complete side rails, then you can fit these to the later car. All the mounting hardware is the same  :y

The cut outs are missing along with the cover, does this mean pre-facelift no good?

Right, gotcha.

You need either 1. A facelift cover, with trim caps... Or 2. A pre facelift cover with trim caps and both side rails :y

Easiest way to tell is if it has headlight washers on the bumper - if it has then it has xenons. If no washers, then no xenons, unless they have been retrofitted.  There will also be a headlight level manual adjuster on the right side of the dash, whereas a car with factory fit xenons won't have a manual adjuster as they are legally required to have auto headlight levelling.

PFL - no HID
MFL - MV6, Elite and plod
FL - CDX, MV6, Elite and plod

Might also depend on the market they were sold in. All sold in Sweden has Xenon and washers.

My 3.2L Sport I bought in Germany had H7 and no washers  8)

Yes, true, my comments are for Vauxhall only, not Opel.
