Hi Sev :)
I'll keep that in mind for my next "project".
However for ze Estate the good old rubber part will probably last longer than omega rustproofing :-\

I can't tell the difference. They seem to last just as well, within the realm of replacement in the last three years afaict.
I had Febi ones before poly went in. Pauls has them now.

Well, I love it. Always wanted one :D The Mrs has nabbed it off me though ::)
It's only an SE model and 170k so not much of a looker. It's currently giving me grief trying to get the tie rod end off the centre tie rod. Tried heating it up with a hot airgun but it will not budge. :(
Yep, E38 & E39 M5 are the last worth having.
