Looks like it was a fire triggered explosion in the port.

There is/was a massive silo building there that looks to be what exploded. Even flour dust can be highly explosive under the right conditions.

That said it has been suggested that there was an industrial accident at a fireworks factory... Although the blast itself looked to be quite innocuous... certainly not a military type blast as the explosion itself was clean... Essentially an almighty boom but none of the associated side effects of a nuclear/chemical blast such as melted concrete and a completely flattened city :-\

Apparently 2750 tonnes of ammonia nitrate, which had sat unsecured in a warehouse for 6 years. An accident waiting to happen in other words.  :(

Allegedly they had been informed of the dangers , so probably greased someone's palm to turn a blind eye, insurance premiums.may creep up now 😄😀😃
