A bloke on the Autoshite forum collects those things. Has a yard full of them. It takes all sorts I suppose.  ::)
We used to call them cripple cars, but I dont think thats allowed these days.  :D

When I was a nipper, Aylesbury was full of them, all called Spaz Mobiles. All in that blue shade as well.

Around 1970/71 when I lived in South London there was a workshop which supplied & serviced those carriages, it was owned by a disabled guy but his mode of transport was a huge silver Cadillac Eldorado always made me smile.

My dad had a leaf green example of the white car, only ours was the estate (or Safari in Citroen speak)

But with a reverse this time.  I always got collared walking to work by one of the Spaz Mobiles needing a push out of his driveway.

Spaz Chariots when I was at school.

  The words "Did you see the mong driving that spaz chariot" would often form part of the sentence when us kids saw the little blue cars.

Kids can be so cruel. ::)
