The unavoidable costs of running three cars is getting a bit much for me. Particularly when two of them do no more than 5000 miles a year between them.
I think the Boxster will probably have to go next spring / summer.  :(

You are unlikely to make a loss bearing in mind what you paid. :y

£729.72. :-\

So you pay more to tax it every year than it's actually worth:)

Similar scenario to your Mundano Titty X, I imagine.......although at a lower price point. >:D ;)

The Monsit's tax is £240 a year, which is of course a fraction of its value:y

The fraction being 8/10ths.....or 80%. ;)

Good car that is worth £300 any day of the week. ::) ::) ::) ;)

Cheeky bugger!  ::)

The Mondeo 2.2 TDCi Titanium X is a rare beastie I'll have you know!  :y

There are only two comparables on Autotrader right now. Like this one!  :)

Actually quite a good looking car. :y

Just checked with WBAC and they are currently offering £1295 for my classic. Couple of years ago their offer was closer to £650.

Confirmation she is an appreciating classic. ::) ::) ::) ::)
In these days of silly used prices, even my Vectra is a "appreciating classic".  ;D

Vectra VXR may start to rise in value. :)

Pistonheads describe your car as a half forgotten class experiment M'Lud, which is very rude I think!  :o   ::)   ;D

https://www.pistonheads.com/news/ph-spottedykywt/vauxhall-signum-v6--spotted/46228

However..... Check out the price of the one in the article! £4190!  :o   That's over a year ago, but there's currently a 2.2i for sale at £2995.  :)

Maybe you do have an appreciating classic on your hands after all....  8)       Best sell it quick before it dissolves!  :P  >:D

£17.50. Delivered.

It'll still cost you £729.72 a year to tax it though Uncle STEMO....  :-\

I'd consider it for a Range Rover or BMW 7 series, something like that, but a classic Vauxhall?  ::)

No, I think it's more likely to be Vectra class  :)

I paid a paltry £2400 for mine way back in 2015.

It was owned by a JP. :)

It gets better. It has provenance!  :y

You should tell prospective buyers investors that the JP was a direct descendant of Judge Jefferies!  :)
