Hi Tony,

I couldn't let it go completely.. my brother has it. Maybe one day she'll come back to me.

All the best :y

I don't visit the forum much these days but was hoping to make this great meet. Unfortunately I will be in Germany on business :'(

All the best to you all and I can't believe Tony that you've bought another one!

Wishing for a sunny one :y

I got one from Vaux and it wasn't thin (at least 5mm - cover that is not blanking plate) - I tried it but didn't find any benefit plus it used more petrol. Its still in my garage somewhere.

Whats the difference between a tea bag and the England football team? ...... A tea bag stays in the cup for longer

Could they be persuaded to fit the continentals until both the dunlops arrive (paying only when the right tyre comes in)? If they don't then just say you will get them elsewhere? I don't know if you give them a lot of business etc.. but if you do then it may be the start of a good deal?

Good stuff :y A big thumbs up to The Stoke Massive!

Looks very nice :y I have found the guys at mbclub.co.uk quite helpful when I've sought advice on my e300td (but I am not as knowledgeable as you).

You certainly have been busy!

The summer wheels weren't getting me at first but I have to admit they are slowly growing on me :y

I'm sure a/c was off at the time. Did not try with it on but iirc I think it was less pronounced with it on previously. A/C works fine.

Picked up cs from slough and was £52.94+vat - he gave me that price without prompting when I showed abs card (price I got originally was from maidenhead stealers).

MOT Passed :y My brother got all 4 tyres done and tracking. So much for just getting rears done ???

New sensor fitted - prev. she used to idle at c450rpm with a very slight movement at idle - with new sensor she was idling a bit higher at c550rpm and a little bit more erratic on idle :-\ Never did it feel like it was going to cut out though. Fingers crossed.

Thanks to Chris and all others for help / advice :y :y

That price isn't too bad - hope you didn't have to use the vaseline
