Unfortunately, supermop (Greg) can't make it as he's off to Ibiza that weekend. Also, I can only provisionally say yes at the moment as it's about the same time I'm due to pick up my new car (more about that another time) and I may have a long journey to go and get it and a lot of money to part with ::). If I can make it, I'll probably bring a mate.

Chopsdad & daughter - Fri  8th & Sat 9th June - Caravan
Timbuk, Gman, Bo Bo - Fri  8th & Sat 9th June - Big Tent
Kevin & Emma Wood - Fri 8th & Sat 9th June. Small tent.
Jimbob, Mrs Jimbob, Little Jimbob, Tiny Jimbob - Sat 9th June, Small tent.
Maybe Jimbob and Little Jimbob Friday as well.
Elite Pete - Fri 8th, Sat 9th, Small tent
Marks DTM Calib - Fri 8th, Sat 9th, mobile workshop..... Approval now granted by the programme manager (SWMBO)
Jim Glasgow - Saturday 9th Only, Tent, On holiday abroad until 8th
Hotel21 & maid - Fri 8th and Sat 9th - shiny new tent, first real try before EuroHols.
Loo-knee, Mrs.Loo-knee, two daughter Loo-knee's (8 and 11) 8th & 9th Caravan

Markie, Mrs Markie, Junior Markie -  Fri 8th and Sat 9th June - Tent thingy
Tony H                                           Fri 8th &    Sat 9th
bob.dent and maybe 1 mate - 8th/9th (provisional), tent & gas BBQ

Oh bugger, who's gonna bring the BBQ then  >:(  ;D

Our Jim is the Scottish BBQing Legend  :y

OK, just added my name to list.  We will be leaving Gaydon (just North of Banbury) at 12pm on Friday 9th, so should get there about 4 - 5pm.

If anyone would be able to lend a hand to get the tent up, that would be appreciated :y

Chopsdad - my tent is just over 20ft long, presumably this will not be a problem?

I'll help - bringing my torque wrench and sure we can just torque it down......if that doesnt work just use some oil cooler sealant on it. :D
