Here's the pic of the old cooler cover...spot anything unusual?!?!?!

Just waiting on the 30mm spanner to arrive from e-bay then can get the cam belt back on

all round that corner the underside is very corroded....but seeing the car is 8 1/2 years old not bad I guess?

My guess is the coolant has been neglected....

The unknown joys of buying a used a car but has got fully stamped book with receipts. I know the garage too

Its not these that strip the cooler threads....its the bigger flat nut that secures the cooler to the plate...

I had a banjo bolt snap under v little pressure on my project Elite...

Thankfully managed to get one of those rounded bolt sockets tight over he snapped body of the bolt and remove it...
