But they are quite mad around here  :D  I lived in London for over 40 yrs and I never saw some of the antics that go on on the roads here.

Surprising or not these incidents, maybe not common, are something that happens every so often.

A Mercedes being driven by a DD without a front nearside tyre was one I recently heard of. ::) ::) ;)

Technically, can he be done for the 3 points and £250, as the tyre can't be proved to be below the legal minimum  ::)

There's probably something, somewhere in the small print that says you have to have a tyre.....  :-\                                  ::) ;D
