Replacement number plates
« on: 03 June 2014, 09:26:19 »

Can you recommend a good on-line shop to get some good decent replacement number plates made? The ones I've had in the past don't seem to be very good quality.

Thanks

I cant remember the e.gay supplier but i know they were at the more expensive end of the scale...I always believe that you get what you pay for and they were good plates  :y

I'm happy with them.

All the bits are in the right places and the backing goes to the edges with nice rounded corners

Asked this a while back, much to the apparent annoyance of some members on on apparently simple item. Some of them really are poor, as the backing seems to bubble up leaving air pockets visible from the front on a lot if the ones I've seen.

Went to Halfords in the end though, as mine pealed away completely in places making the number illegible.

That's what has happened to the ones on the car now. I've just ordered some from www.myshowplates.com and will see how they go.

My last set were fromFancy Plates, but they don't now seem to offer a GB badge without the Euro stars  ???
