fraid so as its my property i'm liable for everything that goes on fault of mine or not

i know someone who got down when a burglar broke into this old womans house and cut his arm open on the broken window and she got done for it

Look at what happened to Barrymore......he may well not have done anything wrong at all but bcos it was on his property he was dragged through court for it...........

thats why to copper told me i would get done

but the difference there is barrymore invited the chap into the house
where with me the druggies are entering at there own will

we are going to go out armed tonight

And then post up complaining about the cops treading you badly, when you get nicked for posessing an offensive weapon?

the councilare comingout to mineto check where the cameras are pointing they told me if it the cameras cover road's or other property's there going to make me take them down

like hell i am

i'll be out all day tomorrow so they cant come round

they don't give a s**t about the fact of what happened

Sorry, no criticism of you...

Unfortunately, if your cameras do point across other peoples property, you are in a 'grey' area of the law.
Having personal cctv is breaking another one of our multitude of laws relating to personal privacy, personal liberty, etc, etc...
Councils, being "local government offices" probably have the right to remove them...

We wanted to put cctv up to cover our drive as it runs down the side of the house out of view. we contacted our housing association and they told us as long as they were only aimed at our driveway they mustn't be pointing at anyone elses property as it is invasion of privacy. We put it up and they even came out to check where it was facing.
