roughness in runninggear/transmission

the car an 02 2.6cdx auto at 151,000mls    wen moving off can feel a''roughness''at 5mph in running gear/transmission?? after that speed as smooth as silk also wen slowing at about that speed the roughness is there again?    jacked up all 4 wheels & no sticking brakes & no wear movement of any description & visual check shows no transmission oil leaks, driveshaft rubber boot damage or any wear in''any'' driveshaft u/j's???????????    help please!
