However these people identify they should understand that 99% of normal people do not identify in the same way. Therefore, as a tiny minority, they need to fit in rather than try to dictate how the majority think, and the language we use.

The train operator should have said 99.9% of our customers are happy with the use of ladies, gentlemen, boys and girls, so we see no reason to change this message.......but instead they apologise profusely. Shame on them.
