Uhhmmm, errrr, anyone who has used my downstairs one may have noticed a soap dish and matching roll holder still in the box on the floor...  ...one of those jobs I never got round to  :-[......

Never do today what you can put off till tomorrow!
I did our ensuite bathroom about 3 years ago. The toothbrush/tumbler holder is still in its box tucked away behind the cystern! ::) I think it's become like a signature .... I never ever quite finish a room! :y  :y

That says to me then, that you can put HID head lamps into an older Elite, as the car will have self levelling suspension which is deemed adequate.

I've just done all this for SWMBO's car. Swiftcover.com was by far the cheapest.
WHO? Apparently they are part of Axa, but everything is done on-line. Compared to some of the prices people are emntioning for their Omegas we must live in an expensive-to-insure area. The best quote is £236 inc legal cover & protected NCD for a 40 something woman with no points, on a 1600 Astra.
Didn't you know Bolton is one of the car crime "hot spots" of the country mate.

I don't live in Bolton though  ;) just next door! Mine's a BL8 post code. ;D ;D ;D ;D

There are examples of horrendous driving, both on motorways and other roads, all day and every day......

D*** head just came out on me yesterday at a round-a-bout. I went through the round-a-bout trying to sort out the locked up wheels (no ABS on the shed :() at I headed for the side of his Galaxy/what-ever. I stopped as he half waved his appologies!!!!!!!!!  >:(
I was in half a mind to turn around & catch him back up ...... and breathe :-?

I'm wondering if its worth an offer as its been on for a while now ...

I'd be too frightened of getting it dirty when I got in. ;) Far too pale an interior for me.

Here is the interior. Perhaps not so bad. I'm sure it will grow on me.
......

Very nice. What temp does your engine run at around town?  ::)

As you probably know...no temp guage :o

:y I know. Surprised me that there wasn't one fitted. Not a gauge you need all the time but, non the less a worth while thing to have.

Is there a way to get into the boot/hatch in the event of a flat battery? It was something I thought of when I had a hire Astra t'other week. :-/ (sad I know)
