They're playing with a stupidly fast McLaren that costs £2million ..... you'd think it would be able to display speed in mph as well as kph!  ::) ::)

Yeah, if there gonna use Kph, they might as well go the whole hog and say it cost 285,896,730 Japanese Yen  ;D

I imagine it can. I suppose bigger numbers just seem more impressive.

We've gone metric in the UK

Thought you left the EU months ago,surely by now you've gone back to Imperial measures instead of that furrin muck? :D

See my arghh technology post. The car can display in fifteen different measures of speed including mph. Unfortunately even with the manual (. 43 page section just on setting speed display) no one on the Top Gear team or the Mclaren factory could change it from kph.

Did I imagine the wing mirror sorry rear view camera , didn't retract?
